Sunrise & Sunset Clubs
This information is for parents who have booked extended hours in addition to our core holiday camps.
⏰ Sunrise Club (Early Drop-Off)
- Start Time: 08:00 AM.
- Latest Drop-off for Breakfast: 08:45 AM.
- Arrival: Please arrive at the specific time you indicated on your registration form. This ensures our staff are ready to meet you and start breakfast.
- Breakfast is Included: We provide a healthy start to the day including toast, cereal, and fruit, plus water or diluted juice.
⏰ Sunset Club (Late Pick-Up)
- Pick-up Time: Please arrive at the time you indicated on your registration form.
- Food & Drink: Nothing is provided during Sunset Club. Please ensure you pack extra snacks and additional drinks in your child’s bag specifically for this late session, as they will likely be hungry after a full day of activities!
- Changes: If you are running late or need to pick up earlier than planned, please call or text the office phone: 07883885708.
📍 Drop-Off & Pick-Up Location
The location for Sunrise and Sunset is the same as our core camps:
- Enter the main gates at Monkwearmouth Academy.
- Follow the road left to the back of the car park.
- Go through the green gate and follow the path to the Reception entrance.
🚶 Safe Queuing Procedure
- It may not be necessary to queue for Sunrise and Sunset clubs as children are dropped off at different times, however if it is busy please use the queuing process below:
- Where to wait: Please queue outside of the reception area along the fence that runs along the path.
- The Process: We sign in/out children individually. Once you have your child, please clear the area quickly to help reduce congestion.
🥜 Allergy Note
- Unless we have emailed you specifically to state that a particular day must be nut-free due to a severe allergy, snacks brought from home do not need to be nut-free. Please check your email daily during camp week.

- Monday – Friday: 11:00 – 18:30
- Saturday(some): 08:30 – 12:00
- Sunday: Closed
School Holiday Periods:
- Generally available from 07:45 – 17:30 (varies by booking).
