How do I book more than one day?
On the date picker, tap a time slot then choose “Select and add another time” from the menu that appears. Repeat for each day you want. When you’re done, tap your final slot and choose “Select and continue” to go to the form. If you’d rather we did it for you, email and we’ll book the full week in one go. How much does camp cost?
£15 a day. Book one day, a few days or the whole week. As a Community Interest Company we keep our prices as low as we can.
What ages are the camps for?
Multi Activity Camp is for children aged 4 to 11. Football Camp is for boys and girls aged 5 to 11.
Where exactly are the camps held?
Monkwearmouth Academy, Torver Crescent, Sunderland, SR6 8LG. Enter through the main gates and follow the road round to the car park, staff will meet you at the reception entrance.
Do I need to book a full week?
No. You can book a single day, a few days, or the whole week, whichever suits your work and childcare needs best.
What does my child need to bring?
A packed lunch, enough drinks for the whole day, clothes that can get messy, a warm hoodie, a waterproof coat and a spare pair of shoes. Phones must stay in bags.
What’s your cancellation policy?
Cancel more than 48 hours before your booking for a full refund, via the “Change/Cancel Appointment” link in your confirmation email. Cancellations within 48 hours aren’t eligible for a refund. If we ever have to cancel a camp, all affected bookings are refunded in full.
Are your coaches qualified and DBS checked?
Yes, every member of staff is DBS checked and first aid trained. We have clear safeguarding procedures and designated welfare officers.
