Spring is just around the corner, and at North East Sport (NESport), that means one thing: our legendary Easter Holiday Camps are back!
With only three weeks to go until the school gates close, the countdown is officially on. Following a record-breaking February half-term where we saw our highest booking numbers to date, we are preparing for our biggest and best Easter yet.
Based at our home at Monkwearmouth Academy (SR6 8LG), we are proud to offer two distinct pathways to keep your children happy, healthy, and hopeful throughout the break. 🌟
Two Camps, Double the Fun! ⚽🎨
We believe every child should have a holiday filled with variety and excitement. That’s why we offer a choice of two specialized camps:
1. NESport Football Camp
Designed for the next generation of Sunderland stars! Whether they are just starting their football journey in Reception or are seasoned team players, our camp covers it all.
- Skills & Drills: Professional coaching to improve technique.
- Game Play: High-energy 3v3 games and small-sided matches.
- Tournaments: Competitive (but fun!) tournaments to end the week.
- All Abilities: A supportive environment where everyone can play. ⚽💙
2. NESport Multi-Activity Camp
Perfect for children who love a bit of everything! This camp is all about variety, creativity, and adventure.
- Creative Arts: Getting stuck into crafts and seasonal projects.
- Nature & Discovery: Guided nature walks and outdoor exploration.
- Team Challenges: Scavenger hunts and group games.
- Multi-Sport: A chance to try different sports and stay active. ⛱️🌿

We know that the school holidays can be a balancing act for working parents. We are thrilled to announce that, thanks to generous funding from the James Knott Trust, we are once again able to offer FREE early drop-off and late pick-up for both camps!
As a Sunderland-based Community Interest Company (CIC), our mission is to support our local families. By providing this wraparound care at no extra cost, we hope to make the holidays a little easier and a lot more affordable for our community.
