At our recent Managers meeting, we’ve set our sights on enhancing our club’s facilities by purchasing new football training goals. To kick off this initiative, we’re planning a fun-filled Horse Race Night as our first fundraising event!

This Horse Race Night could mark the beginning of a series of successful fundraising events with your support. We’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers to not only help organise this event but to lay the groundwork for many more in the future. Here’s how you can make a difference:
Event Planning: Help with logistics, from setting up the venue to managing the night’s schedule.
Promotion: Spread the word through social media, flyers, or local community boards.
On-the-Night Staff: Assist with everything from welcoming guests to running raffles.
