North East Sport Youth FC is a football club we run, with several teams catering to different age groups and skill levels. Our teams are based at Monkwearmouth Academy in Sunderland and are named after different types of sports teams such as North East Sports Athletico, Galaxy, Predators, Lightning, United, Gunners, Hammers, Jaguars, Tigers, Panthers, Devils, Demons, and Dragons.
Our football club provides an opportunity for young people to participate in a structured sporting activity, learn new skills, develop teamwork and leadership skills, and improve their physical fitness. It also provides a safe and supportive environment for young people to engage in positive activities and form relationships with their peers.
Our teams participate in local football leagues and tournaments, which give them the opportunity to represent North East Sport and compete against other teams. Our football club also helps to build links between North East Sport and the local community, as families and supporters come to watch the matches.
