We are lucky enough to be part of the HAF (Healthy Actvities and Food Programme) for Easter 2023 and we would love you all to be involved with us!
Funding for the programme has been provided from the Department for Education (DfE) to Together for Children for families eligible for Free School Meals.
To support other families who don’t fall into the FSM criteria and are struggling with the cost of living funding from Public Health in Sunderland has been received to expand our HAF offer for Easter
Sessions are free for children and young people who:
Live in Sunderland
Are of school age (between 4 and 16 years old)
Are eligible for means-tested free school meals
Are a family struggling with the cost of living
A family that needs support in the holiday period
Have a special educational need or disability (up to age 25)
